VICTOR & CHARLES
Le Blanc de Blancs VINTAGE 2011
Tasting notes
This vintage 2011 Champagne is made only with the Chardonnay grapes from the south slopes of Epernay and the Côtes de Blancs. It reveals fresh and delicate aromas of spices, white flower, ginger, and stone fruit. A rich elegant taste and a fine bubble. Straight and sharp it offers a clean refined finish with a delicate and smooth finish. A superb, elegant Champagne to accompany a nice fish or a juicy chicken.
