Winemaking Philosophy

After the harvest, the grapes are taken into a winery and prepared for primary ferment. At this stage red wine making diverges from white wine making. Red wine is made from the must of red or black grapes and fermentation occurs with the grape skins, giving color.


When we launched our brand in 2016, we got picked up by some good sommeliers, and they are spreading the word. They love the minerality, freshness in balance with a ripe complexity. We are being served by the glass as an aperitive and on the wine list to accompany fine dishes of Michelin-starred restaurants throughout the world.



Our boutique wine shops believe in Victor & Charles because of several reasons. As a premium brand with a small production we looking for the wine shop that knows how to talk about quality and terroir. Our bottles deserve the best wine shop in the nicest markets.
