VICTOR & CHARLES
Le Brut
Tasting notes
Pale, satin, golden-yellow color with a lovely effervescence. Its fruity nose quickly reveals hints of freshness (apples, grapefruit), yellow-fleshed fruit (Mirabelle plums) and hazelnuts, and is wonderfully smooth on the palate. Round and full-bodied, it nevertheless retains liveliness and strength. This full taste echoes the fruity, aromatic notes of the bouquet, leading to a long, slightly honeyed finish that develops towards stewed fruit flavors, still sustained by an elegant freshness
